InformNapalm

InformNapalm is a volunteer initiative emerged as a response to the Russian aggression in Ukraine in March 2014.

It was started by journalist Roman Burko (Ukraine) and military expert Irakli Komaxidze (Georgia).

Now it unites the efforts of more than 30 volunteers from over 10 countries.
Our investigations are available for our readers in more than 20 languages.

Linterna Verde

Linterna Verde do Research on the online public debate based on areas of interest. They seek to make our work accessible, useful and actionable for civil society, the media and government.

They work with civil society organizations to help them address issues related to their online interactions. They help them interpret information, focus campaigns and face risks unique to the internet and social media. They do not develop or recommend actions aimed at misinforming the public or attacking third parties.

The Dangerous Speech Project

The Dangerous Speech Project was founded in 2010 to study speech (any form of human expression) that inspires violence between groups of people – and to find ways to mitigate this while protecting freedom of expression. We work primarily in four areas:

MediaWise

The mission of MediaWise is to empower people of all ages to be more critical consumers of content online. They teach people key digital literacy skills to spot misinformation and disinformation so they can make decisions based on facts, not fiction. They have three programs: MediaWise for GenZ, MediaWise for First Time Voters, and MediaWise for Seniors.

Global Right to Information Rating

The global RTI Rating measures the strength of the legal framework for the right to access information held by public authorities (the right to information or RTI).

Provides a framework for NDI's DemTech team to lead and support institutional initiatives countering disinformation and other forms of online manipulation, while strengthening and ensuring the integrity of the information space.

Toronto TV

Kontakt is a television and radio network that features Ukrainian-Canadian topics, as well as news from and about Ukraine. This network uses social media platforms and short video segments to challenge disinformation narratives propagated by prominent politicians.

Youtube DataViewer

The Youtube Dataviewer is a tool that allows users to extract metadata from Youtube videos. It allows users to track information such as original upload time of videos as well as running a reverse image search on all thumbnails used for videos, making it easier to see whether a video is actually relevant to the event people claim. To find the information, just copy and paste the URL into the dataviewer and search.
